It's kinda like olive garden now. It's got great food 🍝🍕🥗 love the breadsticks. My family and I really enjoy it. Great for groups.

I tried the new parmesan crusted shrimp bake and it was killer!!!

This review is based solely on the drive through as we have not dined in here in a very long time; short wait, friendly staff, great food!

The floor was gross and it took almost 20 minutes to get our food. Never got any bread sticks after asking twice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, food great except for fettuccine, sauce too thin, noodles too Al dente and chicken was rubbery in all dishes still love fazoli's - spaghetti, sauce and breadsticks excellent

Good food small portions

I don’t a a local fazoli’s in Pikeville so our family drives to paintsville a couple times a month. We love this place. Food is always good and the staff treat you like family! The breadsticks are always GREAT! I highly recommend this place. We maybe waited a total of 2 min for our food for 6 of us!

It's not bad if the right staff are working, but if there not working u may want to go elsewhere. Also if it is close to closing time seriously go somewhere else, they will be cleaning and not change there gloves to make your food no joke. Don't know if they forget at night you can see thru the window tint, maybe there ignorant or just don't care but watch them... best of luck to ya.

Cheap solution to your Italian cravings

Haven't ate here in a long time,but when I used to I enjoyed the food...especially since I love pasta! I'm gonna have to go eat here soon! I love sitting down with my family enjoying some good food.

I didn't realise it was like a fast food restaurant . It was ok. It was difficult to stand there and figure out the lunch menu, and the senior menu. As apposed to the dinner menu. But the food was ok. If you go for the first time, download the app first, or check the menu so it's clearer.

You have to stop for the $5.00 lunch specials. Spaghetti, breadsticks, pizza, and a drink. Best deal ever!!! Plus who can turn down unlimited breadsticks!!!

Love the food. There are so many options. I recommend the baked spaghetti or lasagna. The taste is right on point. The customer service is not bad. The dining area is roomy and clean. The parking is convenient and handicap parking is available close to doors for those who need it.

Food was excellent but no one brought us any bread...

Food was pretty good. New guy on the register with zero help from anyone else so service was a bit slow. The breadsticks were undercooked and the salads looked like they'd been in the fridge for a few days.
